Anyone could become your dedicated patient in ViClinic, which can happen in two ways.
a. Any prior unknown “on-demand patient” who was consulted by you automatically becomes a member of your “My Patient” community after a completed visit.
b. You can invite patients to join your “My Patient” list, including patients from your practice or patients who have been recommended by friends or colleagues. Once they’ve accepted your invitation, these patients will appear on your “My Patients” list.
If a patient is not satisfied with the care you provide, they can remove themself from your “My Patients” list. You can still consult these patients on an on-demand basis.
